About Us

Formed in 2019, the Drew Group offers systemic solutions to manage, implement, and operate quality fine arts instructional programs in the public school arena. We provide administrators online or on-site tools to manage fine arts programs in all operational areas: budgeting, purchasing, materials management, talent acquisition, teaching and learning, and more.
These digital tools are tailored to each client’s specific needs and delivered with ample training. Additionally, we facilitate collaborative workshops to develop school, program, or department strategic plans. We offer a research-based model for curriculum development and/or lesson planning. We provide instructional coaching for teachers and executive coaching for fine arts administrators. Finally, we can evaluate your school’s or department’s fine arts programs, closely examining systems and processes and delivering a written report for short-, mid-, and long-range planning.
